Elita Hotel & Restauracja

The quiet surroundings made our stay a pleasure, and Hotel***Elita really lives up to its name. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly, the home-cooked meals were delicious, and there was both an elevator and air conditioning. I highly recommend it.

The spacious apartment was well furnished and had a comfortable double bed, but the duvets were old, heavy, and hard, and should be replaced even for a 3-star hotel. The bathroom also needed better cleaning, with lots of hair from previous guests in the cabinets and drawers. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the apartment. On the plus side, breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. I chose the apartment because it was advertised with a whirlpool bathtub, which I really wanted, but the tub wasn't working. Its condition and a note in the bathroom made it seem like it had been out of order for a long time. The hotel didn't mention this on its website or Booking, so I ended up booking a much more expensive apartment unnecessarily. A double room with a shower would have suited me better. I asked for a price reduction because the standard was lower than advertised, but they flatly refused. I consider that unfair, since the offer listed a feature the hotel didn't intend to provide.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and well kept. The bathroom, though, left a lot to be desired: the jacuzzi didn't work, and the shower water was cold. Breakfast tasted good, but by 9:00 a.m. there wasn't much coffee left, and the espresso machine was poor quality.

We were delighted with our stay in this clean hotel, especially with the warm room and all the amenities, including air conditioning, a hairdryer, refrigerator, massager, and more. The staff were very friendly 😀. Breakfast was a lovely surprise: the bread was still warm, and the scrambled eggs were delicious. We'll definitely come back. Best regards.
