Aquapark Health Resort Panorama Morska

The food and drinks were good, the resort was clean, and the staff were polite. We had the all-inclusive option and had no complaints about it. What did bother me was the pool seating: people put towels on chairs early in the morning, then came back a couple of hours later. No one from the hotel stepped in, so guests who actually came to find a seat couldn't get one. It really doesn't seem fair.

The rooms were very small and poor quality, and the reception staff deliberately hid that some things people might expect weren't actually offered. Service was bad too. It didn't feel truly all-inclusive since you had to pay for everything anyway. I also saw the owner or boss, I'm not sure which, shouting at employees and threatening not to pay them. Poor quality for a high price. I'd look for somewhere else to stay.

The room cleaning was useless. Dirt had built up under the wardrobe, as if it hadn't been cleaned for months, even though staff came every two days. The door hanger asking for cleaning kept falling onto the floor, too. Food was a letdown: it wasn't fresh enough, the buffet seemed neglected, the dishes weren't tasty, and there wasn't much choice. They served the same meals each day and kept meat and sausages for the following day. Drinks and wine were cheap, and the service was awful. Around 80% of the staff were from Ukraine, and I couldn't understand why a hotel in Poland would hire people who don't speak Polish. We paid almost 2000 euros for a week for three people, and I regret it so much. After two days, what had seemed like a good place for a family vacation had become boring and awful. Panorama morska, do you really call yourself a 4 star hotel? This isn't even 2 stars. Never again. Don't go unless you want to throw your money away.

The swimming area is tiny, maybe fine for little kids, but really boring if you're over 12. The whirlpools are always full, and there are only four for the whole area. There are two regular pools outside. It costs 49 zł to get in, with no group or family discounts. Each time you close the locker, it costs another 5zł and you don't get the money back. Parking is 10 zł, just to leave your car in a field. I could pay another 10 zł to wash it. Very bad experience, way too expensive for what you get. I won't go back.
