The view from our third-floor room was amazing, and the double bed was fine. We asked for extra pillows and got them. The room itself looked okay at first, but the kitchen had no cutlery or pan, so I wondered what it was for, perhaps just warming the room when it gets cold 😂. There was only one kind of soap for hands and shower, no conditioner or slippers, and the bathrobes were too small. I asked for larger ones, but none were available. The cleaning staff across from our room didn't speak Polish or English. Getting around the hotel was a hassle from the start. With roadworks outside and no signs for the parking area, it was hard to find the way in. The reception was also hard to locate because its sign was tiny, and the receptionists were not nice. Check-in took a while because of the queue, and the staff didn't speak English or German. We were on the third floor, with only three very small lifts, so there was more waiting. The spa and swimming area were there, but no dryer was available for wet swimming clothes or towels. The parking lot was huge, though BMW drivers parked right by the door, nearly inside the hotel. The dining area was spacious and clean. The food was okay, but when they ran out of orange juice nobody seemed bothered, and there wasn't much vegan food. In the afternoon, you couldn't make coffee with cake after a meal because of some procedure, and no one could explain why. It's supposed to be a 5-star hotel, so the poor service really stood out. Definitely our first and last visit. I wouldn't recommend it at all, more like 2 stars than 5.

The hotel rooms are beautiful, with an awesome sea view, and the food is fantastic. Service is a different story: the staff often pulled faces when I looked their way, hardly anyone smiled, and I didn't really feel welcome. The cleaning staff were the only ones who came across positively. That's why I'd give service 3 stars.

A tip for some quiet time: the pool and sauna in the second building are usually almost empty. When we arrived on Saturday, though, the place was very crowded, dinner service felt a bit chaotic, and the staff seemed stressed. The rooms were modern and spacious, and the buffet offered a good range of food.

One star is already too generous. We booked two rooms and were put in the old building, where they also serve food in season. It looked as though nothing had been cleaned after the season ended. In our so-called lobby there were several chafing dishes covered in mold, and an old juice dispenser still had juice in it. The smell was awful. Around the main pool, dirt moved with the water when you shifted your feet. Meanwhile, management sat in the lobby of the main building with their bored, barking dog. If you're waiting for drinks and they eventually come by, they treat you like you don't matter, as if you aren't paying their wages. The massage was another mess: we were charged twice. I wouldn't have minded paying twice if it had been good, but relaxing was impossible with construction workers drilling into the wall right next to us. At one point we jumped because it startled us so badly. We emailed the hotel and, after a very long back-and-forth, they admitted we'd paid twice and promised a refund within 14 working days. It never arrived, so that was 100€ gone. They take your money and don't seem to care about you as a customer. If you're planning to stay here, at least I can say I warned you ✌️
