Mrs Wanda, who looks after the place, is kind and responsible. The houses are near the beach, and the grounds feel clean and safe for children. A beautiful place for a family break.

The facilities were a real plus: a pool, two jacuzzis, go-karts, and room to play football or table tennis. The location was pleasant, and I had a positive impression of the property itself. Arriving was stressful because Airbnb had prepared the reservation poorly. I had booked only through Airbnb and hadn't looked at listings on other booking sites, so the extra electricity and resort fees should have been shown in the app. Communication with the host was good, though a little abrupt at first. Even with the booking issue, I came away feeling the stay was worthwhile.

We keep coming back every year. The pool and hot tub are a big part of the appeal, and the property itself is lovely. The hostess is so friendly and always available to help, whatever comes up. We'll happily return.

We were asked to strip the duvet covers before leaving, which struck us as odd but we did it. When the woman came to collect the cottage, she seemed resentful that someone had objected. She judged us as "young people," though we were all around 30, then searched every corner for dirt. It was clean. When one of us said it had been dirty on arrival, she got furious and threw us out, letting only the person who paid stay. I've rarely been treated with such disrespect. I know people can have bad days, but the extra rules and charges weren't in the offer, and there were no rules provided. There were no towels in the cottages. When we asked for some for the pool and jacuzzi, we were told renting one cost 10 PLN and wasn't refundable. We were also surprised by the extra electricity charge, though we eventually accepted the cost. On arrival, the cottage already felt off. The refrigerator had thawed, smelly food inside, and we later found ants in the kitchen, dirty cupboards, and bird droppings on the patio furniture. At first we assumed the lady might just have been busy, so we let it go.
