This hotel was a nightmare. I couldn't believe how disgusting and dirty the beds were, and the towels were just as bad. We've traveled around the world and never seen anything like it. I got sick, had a panic attack where I was sleeping, and my skin started itching. The receptionist said it wasn't her responsibility or problem. She called the cleaner, who just smiled and said nothing. How can a “hotel” treat its customers this way? They ruined our experience in Poland.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was nice. We also enjoyed the tasty restaurant food. I still don't understand why it's called Imperial, since there's nothing imperial about it. That's a good thing, though!

I'm in Jaslo fairly often because of some construction projects, and I've been pleasantly surprised by a few changes, especially at the restaurant. The menu is much smaller now instead of the 30-page “book” they used to have, and the food has improved a lot since my last meal there. They're also updating the outdoor area, which looks promising so far. I'm looking forward to my next stay and seeing how it all turns out.

Really good value for the price! The rooms are good, breakfast is tasty and varied, especially the scrambled eggs, and the restaurant has a solid menu. Try the garlic soup with dumplings and the chicken cigarette with baked potatoes. I thought both were delicious. And don't forget the beer!

I loved it here. Nice rooms, delicious food and lovely staff, easily the best in Jaslo.
