I was billed a second time even though I stayed just one night. At check-in, the receptionist asked me to have the money frozen on my card, and I paid by card. Three days later, while I was in Warsaw and no longer in Lublin, another charge came through. I’m seeing other visitors describe the same thing in the reviews. I won’t stay here again.

The breakfast had plenty of options, and our room was clean. We only stayed one night, arriving around 1 a.m. The staff checked us in kindly, and we were so tired that we went straight to bed. Thank you.

The massage felt weak and basic, and the focus seemed to be on quantity over quality. I wouldn’t recommend that service, it needs an upgrade and proper massage professionals. The restaurant’s selection and food quality were outstanding. Breakfast was plentiful, with extra food to take away, plus coffee and a sandwich. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the city centre and has enough parking.

The spa was included in the room price and was excellent. We also had amazing food at the restaurant. The hotel itself was lovely, and its position right on the route to Latvia made it very convenient.

The quiet countryside setting made it easy to relax, with empty, snow-covered fields around and no traffic noise. My room was modern and had a nice view. The spa was lovely, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I came by train from Krakow and stayed four nights in December 2023, about a 10-15 minute drive from Lublin Old Town. Breakfast even had English-style Heinz baked beans in tomato sauce, which you don’t find at every hotel in PL. I enjoyed the stay and have come back again.
