The holiday was better than we expected, and we’d happily return. Our family found the hotel comfortable: the rooms were cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were kind and quick to help. I’d recommend it for a family trip.

We’re staying in a family room now and are really happy with the hotel. The host made us feel welcome, and the room gets cleaned every day with fresh towels, bedding, and supplies. I’d stay here again without hesitation. Thanks!

We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing, and it was easy and enjoyable to communicate with the hotel manager. Our room and bathroom were clean and nicely furnished. I’d love to come back next time I’m in Krakow.

Great value and a good location. The rooms have a lovely old-fashioned look, and both the room and the service made us very happy. Everything was very clean.

I couldn’t get out of the hotel because no one was at reception and I didn’t have the right key for the door. My taxi was waiting, and it was a frightening situation. I kept wondering what would happen if I needed a doctor that night or if there were a fire. A receptionist arrived at 8:00 and brushed off my complaint, saying the door was open now and I should go. I’d already paid for the cab and bus to Auschwitz. The hotel initially refused to refund me, but eventually did after Booking intervened. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.
