The building is an easy walk from both the main square and the Jewish quarter, and it’s very clean throughout. Entry to the building and room is by code. I stayed for nine nights in January, and the room was excellent for the price: very spacious, with a good-sized kitchenette. The heating kept it more than warm enough for that time of year. I’d recommend it.

Clean apartment with air conditioning, a washing machine, and shampoo provided. The location is good, close to the train station.

I lived at Horizon Apartments in Krowoderska for six months. I submitted and signed the contract and clearance form without any issues, but they still didn’t return my full deposit when the contract ended. Once I started asking why, they stopped answering my messages and calls for two months. I either hire a lawyer or accept that I’ve been cheated out of 400zl.

The room looked clean and nice, but the breakfast we paid for didn’t arrive. We couldn’t get hold of staff for half a day. Breakfast came the next day, but it was unappealing, with rubbery pancakes that seemed like they might have been from the day before. It was a complete joke, and two weeks later we still haven’t had a refund. I don’t recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend breakfast here. Nothing arrived on the first day, and despite daily reminders, getting a refund took three weeks. By the second day I almost wished it hadn’t turned up, because it was inedible: cold, tasteless, rubbery pancakes. The vegetarian option was a disaster too, just a few lettuce leaves, hummus that tasted more like garlic sauce, and two dry rolls.
