The location was perfect, and the staff were professional and excellent throughout my stay. The Wyndham Grand Krakow also had a great breakfast with lots of variety. What really stood out was how spacious the room was, especially compared with typical hotel rooms in Europe. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it!

The pool area was beautiful, and the beds were cozy. The main pool was about 15-18m long and around 27 degrees Celsius. The whirlpool was a perfect 36 degrees, and the sauna was 70 degrees. We absolutely enjoyed the stay: the location was perfect, and the rooms and service were outstanding.

The hotel is on a main street, but the room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, the showers were good, and the spa was a nice extra. Great location and good value for money.

The breakfast was one of the best I've had, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It's a modern, luxurious hotel in a very central spot, close to all the sights and the main square. The spa was a treat too.

Krakow was easy to explore from here. The location felt safe and put everything we needed and wanted to see within walking distance. The hotel looked clean and well maintained, with a nice white finish, though it echoes. The spa was lovely, but the pool was freezing cold. The room was up in the roof, had a disappointing view, and felt like poor value at £186 a night. The room was always cold even with the thermostat turned up, and loud clanging, maybe from pipes or the radiator, woke me every night. There were no English-language TV channels, which was a shame. Service felt inconsistent: staff didn't offer to help with our bags, and breakfast was handled differently depending on who was working. The women in the breakfast room asked if we needed anything and brought menus, while the man just asked for our room number and let us seat ourselves without menus. It happened so often that we wondered if he just didn't like us. When we come back to Krakow, we'd look elsewhere for somewhere to stay. For the star rating and the cost, this was underwhelming.
