10/10
We had dinner at Hotel Swing’s restaurant and were honestly impressed. The relaxed atmosphere and smooth service made everything easy and comfortable, a great place for a proper meal after a long day. My partner’s carbonara was creamy, rich, and well made, with good ingredients and authentic flavour. I ordered the beef cheeks, and they were incredible: slow cooked just right, tender, full of flavour, and beautifully balanced. They melted in my mouth, one of the best beef dishes I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended, even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was okay with enough variety for people from different countries. The coffee was lovely. But over our three-night stay with my husband, from Friday to Monday, the room was never cleaned. I told the receptionist every morning, and he kept saying not to worry, it would be cleaned tomorrow. The bin was full, we ran out of toilet paper, and we had no clean towels, coffee, milk, or sugar. The carpets were dirty, though the room itself was okay.

10/10
I’ve travelled to more than 10 countries in the last two years, and this was easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The rooms were very large and clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was amazing too: the room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and bedding. I highly recommend it.

The food was good and the staff were nice, and the children’s playground was perfect. But the rooms were small, the mattresses terrible, and the carpets and seats were shabby. Definitely not worth 4 stars, maybe 3.

8/10
The service was good, the prices were good, and parking was free. The location is amazing if you have a car and don’t mind being outside the area, with a water park and shopping mall next door and the airport very close by. It would be five stars if the beds weren’t so bad.
