Hotel 32 Kraków Old Town

The housekeeping was the best I've ever experienced. They cleaned and serviced our room while we were at breakfast, which was great. The room itself was amazing, the location fantastic, and breakfast was great too. At the front desk, some staff were nice, while others weren't.

The whole hotel was spotless, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Everyone on the team we met was friendly and helpful. It's right in the city center, so transport links are easy to find. I'd absolutely stay again.

The one drawback was the window covering, which wasn't quite wide enough to darken the room fully. If you wake up early, that shouldn't be a problem. Everything else, including the people, deserves five stars. The front desk staff on every shift were wonderful and helped us choose dinner, as well as find a bus and train app. The Wi-Fi worked well in my room. I'd strongly recommend the place and would stay again.

Coming back to the room after long days exploring the city really added to the holiday feeling, especially with the good daily room maintenance. The top-floor room was excellent, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. It’s a good option if you want to be near the center without paying too much.
