It stays peaceful at night since the place is set back from the main road at the end of a dead-end street, with very little traffic. The room was clean, and the shower and plumbing worked fine. Wawel Castle is only about a two-minute walk away, and there are plenty of 24-hour shops and restaurants close by. The price was very reasonable. The downside is that there’s no air conditioning, fridge, or electric kettle, which was a bit inconvenient.

For the 250 PLN I paid for one night, getting a private room in central Krakow felt like an almost impossible deal. The place has an interesting Jewish culture theme, and it was clean and well located. Still, it’s clearly worn: the furniture and sheets, really most of it, could use renovation. For that price, though, it was okay.

The rooms are simple, but they were clean and tidy, and the staff were really friendly. It’s a bargain spot in central Krakow, though of course it isn’t a five-star hotel.

The staff looked after me very well, especially when they arranged an early checkout and a meal for me. I really appreciated that. The hotel has a quiet, vintage feel, with lots of paintings, and the location is handy. My only small gripes were the plumbing and the mattress, which could have been better. 💝

The staff are friendly, and the price and position between Old Town and Kazimierz are appealing. Still, the neighborhood feels run-down, and the hotel itself has seen better days. The rooms are a decent size, though some smell and some have a partly “historic” style. It all needs renovation. Breakfast was disappointing, but at this price I expected that. Location, cost, and staff may make it worth considering, while the overall condition is a drawback.
