We'd planned to stay for three nights, but after checking in we paid only for the first and left that same evening. The bed coverlets had grease stains and burn holes, there was dust under the dirty window, and the bath fittings were rusty. At 40 euros a night, that wasn't acceptable, especially as we also had to pay extra for parking. For 50 euros we found a perfectly clean hotel in a similar location with friendly staff. I know this is an apartment, not a hotel, so I won't complain about the unfriendly staff, but the condition of the room was too much.

I need an invoice for reimbursement for my one-week stay. The owner said she'd email it, but I still haven't received anything and she's not responding on messenger.

We stayed in room no. 4 on 02.07.25 and were happy with it. Having read the negative reviews, I couldn't believe they described the same Apartment MG in Krakow. My husband and I compared their photos and dates and think there may have been a major renovation and a change of owner. The room was modern, with air conditioning and a modern bathroom cabin, shower, toilet, and faucet. The floors have been replaced, and I didn't see the old tiles in the photos. Downstairs there's a shared kitchen with a modern fridge, dishwasher, and a bean coffee machine, I think Philips. The living room suited my taste, and the garden is small, charming, and green. I saw space for two cars in the garden and two outside. Check-in was lightning fast. Gosia was a very nice owner, and we switched to calling each other "You". Bearded Szymon greeted us in the hallway, see photo. Across the street is Galeria Bronowice, where we had breakfast at Marcè from 9:00. The motorway entrances and exits are nearby, but the garden stays quiet. Bus 173 takes you to the city center in 15 minutes and costs PLN 4. I'd leave the car at the hotel, as parking in Krakow's city center has become crazy expensive. I can usually find something to criticize in almost any apartment or hotel. There are no comments here at the moment, and I hope it stays that way! I'm attaching current photos.
