Hotel Saski Krakow, Curio Collection by Hilton

Breakfast was exceptional, and the room was clean and practical. The location was great, and although I didn’t use the spa, I visited and was impressed. Everyone was friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. Oliwia was working when we arrived and did a fine job. I’d absolutely stay again!

We loved our six-night stay and would highly recommend the hotel. It’s a luxurious property in an ideal location, with great amenities like heated bathroom floors and apples in the lobby. Breakfast was extensive, with healthy salad choices and Polish bagels. The pool has several very strong jet sprays, and we also enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and gym. Dorota at the front desk was exceptional, as were the breakfast room staff. They arranged our tours and drivers, too. Next time, we’ll check out the casino as well. 2.1.2026

My room looked straight at a wall about two meters away, the only flaw I noticed. Otherwise, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were consistently attentive and quick to take care of every request. The pool, gym, and especially the very large, unusual spa had excellent staff as well. The hotel lives up to Curio Hilton’s highest standards, with every detail looked after. Special thanks to Oliwia at the front desk. Her expertise and passion for her work turned around a vacation that might otherwise have been ruined. Thanks to her, we had a wonderful holiday.

The beef tartare with foie gras alone is worth the visit to the Régale restaurant. The turbot was just as striking, and left us speechless. We went to try the new menu and weren’t disappointed. Side dishes, dessert, wine, and service all made for a thoroughly successful evening we’ll remember for a long time. A real treat. Bravo to Régale, and thanks to the team! 👌
