The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was very good and set us up for the day. Every staff member we spoke with was friendly and helpful. We had a few excellent days here and would highly recommend it. Thank you.

The location in the centre is okay, but the hotel itself feels very old and a bit dated. There was a rude woman at reception who was very hard to understand in English. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Parking is a real pain: street parking costs money during the day and is almost always full. The location is otherwise okay for getting to the city centre. The hotel looks visibly old and dated, and the promotional photos are oversaturated, so the actual place feels much dimmer and darker. Daily room cleaning kept things clean, but there hadn’t been proper deep cleaning under the bed, around the curtains and carpet, or behind the AC unit. You can also hear other guests, especially people on the same floor.

So many restaurants, shops, and local sights are within walking distance. This is an amazing hotel, and you won’t regret staying here.

It’s a great little hotel in a quiet spot, but still close to everything. The tram stop is only a two-minute walk away, and the location is perfect for visiting Krakow’s old town, Jewish quarter, and former ghetto areas. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend it as a place to stay while visiting Krakow 👍
