When I arrived with my family, the apartment was cold and there was no hot water. The lady rents it throughout the year, but the first floor isn’t heated, and the heat escapes upwards.

The guard’s behavior made us feel unwelcome, and his negative comments left vacationers feeling out of place. He was rude to customers, as if he didn’t want to see them at all, and even made us count our cash in front of him while rudely implying someone was trying to scam him. From the moment we entered reception, he also silenced people who were simply having a conversation. That was the only thing that kept an otherwise perfect stay from being flawless. The apartment was clean and well equipped, we had our own parking space, and the resort itself was very pleasant.
