Plenty of space, easy to get in and out, and a good option for a group of friends.

The apartment is roomy and the location is great, but it wasn’t very clean. One set of sheets and towels had been left dirty on the couch. We waited two days for a fresh set and had to share what was clean. Good thing our friends had their own towels. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom was only so-so. The cleaning ladies weren’t very friendly.

The location was fine and the apartment had good equipment, but the dust on the eaves at eye level, unwashed bedding, and limescale in the shower made it seem like housekeeping didn’t care. The high price made that even worse. There wasn’t any Wi-Fi, despite the company saying it was available. The lack of air conditioning ruined our vacation. We don’t recommend it and definitely won’t come back.

The location is a real plus, away from the main “souvenir and cafe” street and about 800 meters from the sea at exit no. 20. The lady at the local office was great, 5/5 stars. But the apartment itself, Kuracyjna 5A/13, hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. There was sand in the shower, dirty towels, and no toilet paper in the bathroom. The smaller room had trash in a drawer and sand on the floor. The sofa bed in the living room was stained, smelly, and dirty, and there was trash in the kitchenette drawers too. It all looked as if nobody had cleaned after the previous guests. Since we got there after office hours, we reported everything in a chat with the local Sun&Snow office. We’re still waiting for our complaint to be reviewed. Sun&Snow has 14 days to respond. I’m giving the service 1 star for the apartment’s preparation and cleaning.
