Nice Place

I booked this because I needed a kitchen for my baby, and it turned out to be a bad choice. The studio was freezing, and though there was a radiator and room thermostat, guests couldn’t control them. The radiator gave off only a little warmth even on cold nights, and the thermostat seemed preset or locked. I messaged the owner about the heating on Booking.com and WhatsApp, but got no reply during our stay. We had communicated before check-in, then she ignored my messages afterward. The listing said one-bed apartment, but what I got was a studio, which felt like false advertising. The beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked badly. The two studios are right next to each other, so you can hear everything through the wall. Noise from next door woke me, and since the main bed is beside the door, people coming and going can wake you too. The shower head holder was broken, and the folding mirror shower curtain didn’t work properly, making things awkward and leaving the floor messy. After booking, the owner asked for a copy of my ID, and I still don’t understand why a private host needs it. There are a couple of pluses: it’s a spacious studio and only a three-minute walk from the station. Still, I wouldn’t recommend it. You can find a warmer place near the station for a similar price.
