Cleanliness was a total letdown. Just dirt everywhere. The photos here show only a few examples. To the property owner: good luck finding at least one photo of the dirt left from last season!

We have traveled a lot since our son was born and don't cut corners on accommodation. We prefer shorter trips with decent conditions, but this place was nowhere near worth the price. I wouldn't stay here again for even half of what we paid. I absolutely don't recommend it, especially for families with children. Our room was dirty, with dust and sand everywhere. When we booked, the owner said a baby cot would be no problem. I called again two days before we left and was told there would be one, but we'd need to bring our own bedding. Then there was no cot at all. The same happened with towels. We had asked for them, but none were provided, so luckily I had brought some myself. We paid extra for a terrace, which the owner called a "cul-de-sac," but it turned out to be in the worst spot. People were always walking by and peeking into our cottage. Children from the resort climbed onto the terrace and took things we'd left out, like my son's toys. In the evenings, groups practically put chairs on our terrace to watch TV and play music on their phones. We didn't pay extra for that, and we have a small child. There was no dryer or place to hang clothes. I hung laundry on the terrace on the first day, but passersby knocked it down. There was no shared iron, no small lamps anywhere in the cottage, and the stairs were very steep. The owner even turned up the evening before we left to collect payment without asking.

The apartments themselves are great, but the service put me off. The owner came by on the first day to collect the money, and that was the only time we saw him. We asked for a bucket to wash the floors and never got one during our stay. The answer was that the place had been cleaned. Maybe it had, but with an extra cleaning fee at checkout, I expected better than dust swirling under the couch, a sandwich that hadn't been cleaned or wiped in ages, and other little things that added up and felt off-putting. Families should know that the playground in the photos looks nice, but it's neglected in reality 😅. I don't recommend the place because the owner seems focused on money rather than making guests happy enough to return.

It might suit a party, but I wouldn't choose it for a trip with children. The neighboring accommodations have really cramped courtyards, with balconies almost right above the grill, and loud, drunken parties can be heard everywhere.
