The restaurant was a highlight for me. The food is freshly made, so there’s a bit of a wait, but the quality and prices make it worth it. I’d give it 5 out of 5. There’s plenty to do around the beach: tennis, basketball, a soccer field, and sand volleyball, with a playground just before you get to the water. Kayaks and pedal boats are free, though you may have to wait for a turn when it’s busy. You can also borrow one of the free bicycles to ride around the grounds. The Rope Park has four difficulty levels, starting with one for the youngest kids and then low, medium, and hard. It costs extra. The place is peaceful, and a nice option for a few days with friends or family. The houses are either wooden or brick. I prefer the wooden ones, even without a fireplace. Each house has two heaters if needed, convectors in the wooden houses and oil heaters in the brick ones. Brick houses have fireplaces for colder nights and a much bigger porch than the wooden houses. Inside, there are two rooms. The larger one has two beds, a small wall-mounted TV, a table, and cupboards; the smaller one has two single beds and a wardrobe. There’s also a separate kitchen with a sink, electric stove, kettle, counter, and small fridge with a tiny freezer. The bathroom is small, with a shower, sink, and toilet. Every room has at least one window. I’d recommend staying 3-4 days, though during the season the minimum booking is 5 days.
