The trails are close by, the area is fantastic and the cottages are well equipped. The property is fenced, making it suitable for families with kids and for those without. The host is always available to help, literally. I highly recommend renting here. Some reviews might make you doubt the place, but that’s completely unnecessary. See for yourself.

I’ve been staying in the cottages and rooms for seven years, and I’m always happy with them. The owners are helpful and understanding, and care about their own wellbeing as well as their guests’. Whether it’s winter or summer, there’s time to relax among the mountains, forests and animals. I highly recommend it, there’s something for everyone.

The steep open stairs are hidden in the photos and description, which is a serious issue for anyone afraid of heights. The anti-slip strips aren’t secured and could cause an accident. Calling this thing a balcony is misleading too. The mountain views mentioned in the listing amounted to a tree and a car park with a house. The whole sort-of apartment is in the attic with tiny windows, and it gets uncomfortably hot, especially on sunny days. There’s no fan, let alone air conditioning. I definitely won’t return.

The surroundings and views are fantastic, and the blue trail is easy to reach from here, making this a great base for hiking to Sokolik. The place is clean and tidy, with good conditions, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and towels. The owners are very friendly, and it’s dog-friendly too. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
