There are some good points: two supermarkets are within walking distance, malls are a short drive away, and the rooms are very cheap. It feels personal and homey, with breakfast included, a shared kitchen for cooking, and a main door entry code that made it feel safe. It's also handy for a group booking several rooms. The room smelled a little musty, the Wi-Fi was very bad, and there was a high pitched sound. No shower products were provided, the lights were too bright for any ambiance, and there were no accessible power outlets, so I had to charge things in the bathroom. There was only one English TV channel, and there's practically nothing to do on foot.

We stayed for a 2+1 weekend with my family, and the house itself has an interesting pre-World War I history. The rooms were clean and cared for, the staff were very friendly, and the shared kitchen was available to everyone. Breakfast was ready in the fridge, there was lots of information on trails and nearby attractions, and parking on site was free. It's on the outskirts of Jelenia Góra, a good base for mountain hikers and peaks associated with KGP and Diadem. The drive to the Okole trail takes 15 minutes; Baraniec, Skopiec, and Maślak-Folwarczna are 10-15 minutes away, Skalnik 35, Krzyzma Góra 25, and Poręba 30. I highly recommend it :-)

The villa is charming and kept in meticulous condition, but dealing with the owner took away from that impression. The so-called "capsule breakfasts" are an absurd system.

We'd gladly recommend this manor house for a short visit or a longer stay. It's beautiful, charming, and well maintained, with convenient transport connections and two large shops nearby. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly.

We were welcomed so warmly, even though it was late. Everything was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of variety. Thanks so much ♥️ We'd recommend it and hope to see you soon 🥰
