The apartment looks modern and is furnished with style, but the stay was completely unacceptable for us older people. The wireless radiator controls were set to 21 degrees Celsius in the living area and 20 degrees Celsius in the bathroom, then 15 degrees Celsius at night. We can't prove the rooms ever reached those temperatures, but it didn't feel like they did. The radiators were barely lukewarm, and the bathroom one wasn't even that. We were cold the whole time. There isn't a radiator upstairs in the bedrooms, and the skylights there were wet, with water running down the wallpaper. We couldn't reach the phone number from booking.com on WhatsApp, so we had our request translated and sent it. A kind local helped notify the landlord by mobile when we arrived. After that, communication was contactless and unreachable. This Christmas won't be a good one for us.
