Sosnowy Dworek

I wouldn't recommend this place. When I first arrived, the owner was furious that I'd woken him because he was exhausted and needed to sleep. I called several times, but he couldn't get to sleep, even though it was 4:00 PM. He also got annoyed that I went to the car twice, first to bring some luggage in, then to fetch the rest. I needed an invoice, so I wrote my details on a piece of paper and gave him the agreed amount for the night. Fifteen minutes later he came back with the invoice, barged into the room, checked that I'd put the key back where he had told me, then stood in the doorway waiting. Suddenly he asked, "You took the invoice, but where's the money?" I was terrified because I had no receipt or other proof that he'd taken it, and I hadn't expected this. He shouted and screamed, then finally reached into his shirt and found my money. I respect people who are ill, but this man is very unpleasant and shouldn't be running a business if, as it seemed to me, he may be showing early signs of dementia. I'm warning others because you could get into trouble. If he says you haven't paid and there's no receipt, even the police won't help.

We stayed for over a month and paid 50 złoty a day for a beautiful, large room with a spacious hall, balcony, kitchen, and parking. It was quiet and peaceful, with very few guests. The year before, I rented a much smaller place in Józefów through Booking.com for 180 złoty, with conditions several times worse and several people sharing one bathroom. I don't understand why people are so reluctant to look for accommodation. I'll always come back to the Pine Manor, and I recommend Booking.com to others.

We'd stayed here once before, and the friendly owner welcomed us again with the same warm atmosphere. I was searching for somewhere at the last minute for New Year's Eve, and we got a lovely large room with a bathroom and extra beds, plus a well-equipped kitchen and balcony. It was a really successful New Year's Eve, thank you so much ♥️. If I remember correctly, the accommodation cost 150 PLN 👍. A very pleasant place, and I'll definitely take advantage of such a good offer again.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Sosnowy Dworek now and then over the past dozen or so years while working in Warsaw. Tucked away among pine trees, it's a quiet place that invites you to relax. Getting there by public transport is convenient, the road network is good, and the enclosed parking makes it easy to choose how to travel. The rooms are tidy and have TVs, and there's access to a fully equipped kitchen, so it's easy to settle in. The host has always been kind and helpful, and looks after guests, their safety, and their peace and quiet. I'm very grateful to the host for letting me stay here, and I'd recommend the place to anyone looking for a short or longer stay.
