The hosts were lovely and the atmosphere was really pleasant. We enjoyed the food and the location, and there’s a bus stop close by if you want a shortcut to the city centre. Thanks for a lovely stay in Karpacz. We’ll definitely return next year with a bigger group. Warmest regards ☺️😊😁

The owner was awful and doesn’t like animals. That’s the real problem, not just conditions that feel unsuitable for the 21st century. Calling this a hotel is difficult, and even three stars is far too generous; it doesn’t deserve one. The room and breakfast were both terrible. Everything smelled old and neglected, and the price was much too high for what they offer. I strongly advise avoiding this place altogether.

The decor was actually to my taste, but the place was incredibly dirty, with a smell of urine from Versailles! The bedding was very old, and some hallway lights didn’t work. I had to use my phone flashlight and nearly tripped on the landing while carrying hot tea. Breakfast was very good, but there was no replenishment. I got up at 9 a.m. and most of the food was gone. We had booked two rooms, but the owner said none were available and gave us one room for four people, with one cramped bathroom, for the same price as two rooms.

Admirał Resort Palace. Five stars for value for money. If you want affordable mountain accommodation with a home-cooked breakfast included, this is the place. You can see the standard in the photos online, so don’t complain afterward that the price was good but the standard wasn’t. If you’re looking for a higher standard, Gołębiewski Hotel is for you. Greetings to the Grandma who runs the Admirał. May she live and lead it for 100 years. Stay vigilant.
