The owner was easy to deal with, and the apartment was very nice. It’s 15 minutes to the center, with a Żabka supermarket just 50 meters away. Apartment 38/2 has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, balcony, and sauna.

The neighborhood is quiet, with the center of Karpacz a short walk away and Żabka just 50 meters from the estate. The cottage is large, warm, and comfortable, though nothing special. The layout is nice, with four bedrooms for eight people, including one child’s room with smaller beds, plus two sofas in the living room and hallway, so 10-12 people can fit. There are two bathrooms, but the shower in one was leaking. It has two TVs with cable and Wi-Fi. The necessary supplies hadn’t been replenished before we arrived: toilet paper, coffee, tea, and sugar. If you list a coffee machine, you expect there to be coffee to go with it. There’s no room to grill right beside the cottage, the designated grill and fire pit area is over to the side of the estate. For a cottage meant for eight to twelve people, there’s only one parking space. They did let us park our second car on the sidewalk.

The best part was that even with autumn weather, the cottage never felt damp. Number 32 had four bedrooms, and I think it could sleep 10 people. It was clean, modern, and well equipped, even with a clothes dryer and a child-size toilet seat. There was a big table too. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back 😊

We had everything we needed, and the place was clean and nice. The location worked well too, with the forest and town both a short walk away, and convenience stores nearby.
