The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and good value for money. It's a great base for trips, with trails nearby. We'll definitely come back, highly recommend it.

The view is nice, but it was hard to get help from staff, who were difficult to find and not helpful. Nobody gave us information at check-in, and there's no notice saying when breakfast begins. It wasn't fully set up until 8:30 am. The rooms are okay, though the bathroom drains smell. On the first night it was 30 C, and they had no fan when we asked. When it's windy, the windows slam and the curtains make noise; closing the windows makes it unbearably hot. Also, to plug in the kettle, you have to put it on the floor.

A barbecue area and a great mountain view from the room made this a peaceful, pleasant place to stay. Breakfast was about 5€. I'll come back. I took this photo from room number 14.

I was here for a camp and stayed for a week. The staff were so, so nice the whole time 😊 I'd absolutely recommend this hotel if you're staying in southern Poland near the mountains!! ❤
