We’ll definitely return. This is a great base for a mountain getaway, with a clean, modern, fully equipped apartment and a phenomenal panoramic view of Śnieżka Mountain. The service is excellent. The owner is very professional while also being incredibly kind and helpful. Her care and attention to guest comfort really stand out. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality and a unique atmosphere. 🙂

The view is amazing, and the rooms are clean. The kitchen is very clean, pleasant, and perfectly equipped, so I highly recommend the place. But we were incredibly disappointed by some unpleasant neighbors. They couldn’t even say “hello” in the hallway. One evening, after a long day hiking, we were sitting at home with our small children, having coffee and playing chess with our cousin, who had come by briefly because she had a reservation nearby. There wasn’t even soft music, but the neighbors told us to be quiet because they couldn’t sleep, and even called the owner to complain. The day before, we’d spent the evening at their resort until 11 p.m., chatting for a while without any issue. I’m disgusted by how strange the whole thing was. We were expected to be quiet, as if we couldn’t even talk because the neighbor couldn’t sleep.

The owners are friendly and attentive, and the quiet location still leaves the city center a short walk away. The apartment on Matejki Street in Karpacz is spacious, clean, and fully equipped, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Its stunning panoramic view of the Karkonosze Mountains makes it a real gem. We wholeheartedly recommend it for unwinding with family or friends!
