For a short stay at a fair price, this is a good option. The location is really convenient, and the private bathroom is a real plus. The room for two is on the small side, though, and the furnishings are clearly old. It was also a bit chilly because of the old windows. The lovely woman who answered the phone was a big plus, very helpful and upbeat.

The owners are very friendly, and the apartment is clean with a well-equipped kitchen. It's close to the center, and the Wi-Fi worked without a problem. I'd be happy to come back.

Our rooms were right at the top, and they were lovely, with a view of Śnieżka Mountain. The place is charming, clean, and well looked after, and there's parking. The owners are kind and helpful, and chatting with them was a pleasure. Downstairs there's a dedicated play area for small children. There are several double rooms, one with a toilet and another with a shower, as well as a separate bathroom with both a shower and toilet. A TV room has sofas, and the kitchen has an induction stove, dishes, sink, microwave, table, and refrigerator, plus a balcony. Having morning coffee there with a view of Śnieżka was impressive. If we return to Karpacz, we'd definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed here at the end of 2025 and the villa had such a lovely, almost magical feel to it. Mrs. Gosza and Marek were warm and always ready to help. The building is older but clean, with everything we needed, and it's only a five-minute walk to the center and close to the hiking trails. The price was very reasonable. We'd happily come back, and we're grateful for such a lovely end to the year.
