We booked apartment Boczna 9 for six people and four nights. Communication was very poor. We were told to pick up the key at an office in the middle of town, where there was nowhere to park or stop, but got two different addresses for it. There was no office at either address. Then we were told the key was in a safe, so we drove to Boczna 9 and finally found it there.

I’ve been unable to get my payment back since December 2020 after the reservation was canceled. There are criminal proceedings underway. I sent many emails and made calls, and both the owner and manager kept promising a refund, but then brushed me off. I’m warning everyone against booking these apartments!

I still haven’t received a refund for my canceled reservation through Every Sky. They don’t answer my emails, and I haven’t been in touch with them. I don’t recommend them.

The apartments were spacious and really well equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. I had a magical view of Śnieżka Mountain from the window 👍👍👍
