The setting was a real highlight: Krucze Skały, the ski slope with its T-bar lift, and a hiking trail are all close by. In good weather, the views of Śnieżka and Kopa Mountains from the building are stunning. The Aspen apartment was also set up very well for the three of us, with nothing missing. There were two TVs, a big bed, a fold-out sofa, and three balconies, including one with a mountain view. We did have a few drawbacks, which is why I gave it four stars. The underground parking and entrance are very tight, so larger cars are hard to maneuver. Inside, we missed having a coffee table beside the mezzanine armchairs and a shoe mat by the door, especially for snowy winter days. Storage is limited too: one small wardrobe would be short for four people, though it worked for the three of us. The hallway also had an unpleasant smell left by guests who hadn't taken out the trash. With a few additions to the room and a refresh of that hallway, this would be an even better place to recommend.

We’ve been coming here regularly for years, but the standard has kept slipping, and this stay makes me reluctant to use Wonder Home again. The location near the trails and the underground parking are the positives. The sofa in the Indigo apartment on Sarnia Street is badly warped. It creaks when you open it, and then every little movement makes noise, while it’s hard to find a comfortable position to sleep. It left us with sleepless nights and back pain. The dishwasher doesn’t clean properly, so I had to wash coffee and tea cups by hand with poor-quality washing-up liquid. The washing machine smells so musty that I was afraid to put anything in it. There also weren’t enough cups, glasses, or knives. The dishwasher and washing machine feel like amenities in name only.

The view from the apartment is lovely, but the nearby 2-star hotel was full of noisy tour groups all week. Some days it was hard to relax on the balcony. The underground parking is narrow too. It may be fine for an ordinary car, but our off-road vehicle was a squeeze to park and get out, and barely fit through the main gate. Even so, we were very happy with the Indygo apartment itself. It was clean, comfortable, and equipped with what we needed for a week. The weak points were the worn balcony furniture and sofa. Because of the surroundings, though, we wouldn’t return to this particular place.

The official website's photos and videos are an honest picture of the apartments. We had a parking spot in a closed garage, and the place was quiet and peaceful, great both as a base and somewhere to unwind. Everything was new, with a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine in the bathroom. We rented it for two couples for a few days. Upstairs there was a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchenette, and terrace; downstairs had a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and terrace. If I come to Karpacz again, I’ll definitely stay here. Fantastic place, highly recommended!
