The owner was pleasant and spoke German, and the staff were nice too. For a guesthouse, the price was good, and the location was hard to beat. I’d probably stay here again if I come back to Karpacz, and would suggest getting a room with a view. You can see Arnika from Śnieżka too ;) The room had been refreshed, though dust was visible around the furniture and in the corners. It wasn’t dirty, but the cleaning could have been better. The bathroom was okay, but short on shelves, as was the room. Breakfast wasn’t much for me, though some people might be perfectly happy with it. Overall, typical apartments, good value for a guesthouse.

Breakfast was excellent, and the balcony had a nice view. The rooms were small, with very narrow beds, and it’s a bit of a walk to the city center.

The views are something else. This is a great spot right by the edge of the national park, about a 15-minute walk from the popular ski center. Service was great too, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the amazing pierogi. The staff were more than excellent. The room was older and small for what it cost, though.
