The room was large, warm, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, with lots to choose from, and the staff were excellent and helpful. My one less-than-great impression was a damp smell in the bedroom, along with mold on the bathroom ceiling. Maybe the ventilation or air circulation needs attention.

Breakfast was really good, and the employees were always pleasant. It's a nice place to stay in Karpacz, though having to share a bathroom was a downside. At this price, I wasn't expecting a high standard there. Recommended!

On 26/01/19 I arrived at this hotel/guest house with my Polish in-laws and got a horrible welcome. We had to go looking for a staff member. When the woman finally showed us our rooms, one had a ceiling leak, with plaster falling down, and there was mold in another corner. We raised it with her, and she said they knew about it but weren't going to fix it soon. They didn't offer us another room, even though we know one was available. The mattress had springs sticking out and looked like it had come from a skip. I wouldn't recommend staying here. You can find much better places for less money just around the corner.

The bathroom had black mold, and breakfast was nothing special. We were told it was a 15-minute walk into town, but it took over 30 minutes.

Beautiful, new, and clean, with a great breakfast.
