We had no heating or hot water on the first night. I was told an engineer would come the next morning, but nobody showed up. Around midday, they said they couldn't fix the issue and offered us another property 30 minutes away or a refund for the unused nights. Two weeks after the stay, I still hadn't received a refund. They now insist they can only offer 20% off the entire stay. The property itself is really nice, but the customer service around payment disputes is terrible.

We spent a week in the Crane apartment and loved it. The large window brought in lots of sunlight, and the bathroom was beautiful, with a roomy shower. The bed was very soft and comfortable. They'd also provided tea and coffee supplies, extra bathroom items in case you'd forgotten a toothbrush, and an umbrella, which came in handy when it rained. A lovely place, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The outside might put you off, but once you're inside, the apartment is really nice.

The property was no longer available, so my booking was cancelled just 12 hours beforehand. They didn't offer any alternatives.

The place was clean and pleasant for my four-day stay. The owner was quick to help if I had trouble with the door or getting inside. It’s lively and you can hear some noise, though it doesn’t really look out over the center. He left earplugs as a precaution; I think I only noticed noise once after 10 pm. Cooking isn’t really possible, but there are plates, spoons, and similar basics.
