I can’t speak for the other rooms, but room 4 was a disaster. There was no overhead bathroom light and no hot water. We took the bedding straight out to the balcony, luckily we had our own pillows and sleeping bags. The windowsill was crumpled, and the carpet was awful. There was also an unpleasant smell in every room. Unfortunately, that seems to happen all the time.

The owner was friendly, and we had a clean, nice room with a good view from the window. The location was very good, and there’s a bar nearby where you can get a delicious dinner. We could also cook for ourselves in the shared kitchen. Everything worked perfectly for us. Thank you 🥰 I highly recommend it!

The shared kitchen has everything for cooking, including a kettle, induction hob, fridge, dishes, pots, and pans. Our room was clean and attractive, with a modern bathroom, dresser, hangers, LCD TV, table, and a big balcony with another table. The double bed was huge and so comfortable we didn’t want to get up in the morning. We were told we had one of the smallest rooms, but it was bigger than many we’ve stayed in. The location is excellent, right in the center of Karpacz, and parking is free. The owner was very friendly, and I hope there are more like her. For nearby food, I wouldn’t recommend Wrzos, just 50 meters away. Pierogowo was much tastier, and the price was practically the same. A great place to relax in Karpacz.

We were drawn to the location, and the owner was very nice and welcoming. She let us check in early, at 10:30 AM instead of 3:00 PM. But for the price, the room was incredibly dirty. Our sheets and towels were stained, there were spiders, and under the bed we found a sock, other debris, and dust that looked a year old. There was no chandelier and no WiFi. The cleaning before guests arrived really spoiled the impression. In all my travels, I’ve never seen a room this dirty.
