The young physiotherapy team is ambitious, competent, and friendly, and the food is delicious. There’s no real emphasis on team-building for people on the trip. The cafe is there, but the lady behind the bar seemed intimidated and didn’t really understand musical tastes or the atmosphere the cafe needed. A facility a few meters away partly makes up for it with its prices and atmosphere. Ventilation is poor, so towels have to dry on the small radiators, and they’re changed only once a week. You can use a hairdryer and washing machine for an extra fee. The travel agency running the tours is managed by an exceptionally rude, frustrated man. The surrounding area and beautiful autumn scenery help make up for the shortcomings.

Everything runs like clockwork. The rooms are clean, and bed linen and towels are changed regularly. The physiotherapists are friendly and capable, each bringing something different. The cooking is home-style and the dishes are varied. If you’re still hungry, you can always have more.

Muszyna is beautiful, and the rooms are clean. There’s a swimming pool, plenty of treatments, and the physiotherapists are very well organized. The food is the only downside. There’s a sign at the dining hall entrance saying not to bring your own food, but nobody checks, so people bring lemon for tea or vegetables for their dinner sandwiches.

There are gardens and walking paths all around, with lots of attractions nearby. The place is great, clean and spacious, though the interior has a bit of a communist-era look. Treatments and a swimming pool are available on site, and the service is incredible and attentive. The food is like a cat’s food, but quite good. I recommend it.
