The breakfast buffet had a very good range and variety, and we found the staff friendly. The hotel is nicely equipped, near Wang church, and the spacious, comfortable rooms come with spa access included in the price. The spa itself is a bit basic and cramped. The sauna is good, but there are no loungers to rest on afterward, too few towel hooks, and no towel service, so you have to bring one from your room. There's also no drinking water in the spa, so you have to go out to get some. The cafeteria was frustrating: its only coffee machine is painfully slow and often caused queues. Several times in our three-day stay it showed error messages and needed fiddling with. On the last morning it stopped making milk drinks altogether, and the staff didn't seem to care. The juice dispenser was often empty too, with nobody seeming bothered to refill it. We didn't try dinner, so I can't comment on that. The location is great and it's decent value for money. I'd recommend staying here, though there's room for improvement.

There were three adults and one child, aged 11, in our group. We had a very pleasant stay and felt at home. Everyone was very nice. Thank you!

The staff were very nice, the beds were okay, the food was tasty, and parking was available. The Sala zabaw was nice too. Free machine coffee, tea, and juices were available from 8:00 to 21:00, which was nice. But there was no elevator, which made things very challenging with a baby, and the breakfast selection was poor. The "pool" was only 3*3 and wasn't operating, even though the email said it should be. We expected animators, but there weren't any, just a staff member who was also supposed to entertain the kids. Disappointing.

The rooms were clean, the hotel was very nice, and the staff were kind. The spa is small, with only two chairs and nowhere to put your towel or other things. They got confused about my gluten-free diet and cooked a separate meal for me, though that wasn't necessary. I can eat chicken with vegetables and potatoes that don't use flour. Gluten was also listed next to the eggs 🤷🏼♀️. We recommend this hotel!
