Everything we needed was there: a fully equipped kitchen, free tea and coffee, a hair dryer in the bathroom, heating, and a clean, pet-friendly room. We liked our stay and would come back, but next time we'd ask for a courtyard-facing room. Ours was on the ground floor facing the street, and someone spent the whole night driving up and down, practicing drifting. It was really noisy and there wasn't much privacy. I think a courtyard-facing room would avoid that.

The view wasn't too bad, but the crowds were crazy and the charging ports didn't even work. The reception is 4 km away, and calling this a four-person room when it has one bed and one sofa is ridiculous. It looks like the company bought an old building and just put a bed in it. Don't go here, find somewhere else 🙏

The apartment itself was okay, but having a two-year-old with us made the room a major problem. We were on the ground floor, facing the main road, with constant traffic noise and a lamp shining in front of the apartment. The bedroom window didn't have curtains covering it properly, and the curtain that was there was see-through anyway. Our provider, Sun and Snow, refused to do anything to fix it.

A modern, recently built apartment with what you need to cater for yourself. It's well placed for getting to the walking and hiking routes around Karpacz. There's a nice restaurant just off the carpark, and Zabka is a short walk away for last-minute supplies.
