The customer service was amazing, and hygiene was great. Willa Karpacz is stunning, with rooms up to 5-star hotel standards. Breakfast is a fantastic buffet, and dinner is an amazing traditional three-course meal. Shops, pubs, and restaurants are very close, while the nearest slope is 5-10 minutes away. Highly recommended. We hope to come back next year.

The hotel is brand new and the staff are friendly. The only small drawback is that the shower is a bit cramped.

A peaceful place to unwind away from the city's hustle and bustle. This distinctive hotel offers a completely safe gluten-free menu for people with celiac disease, with plenty of flavors to choose from at breakfast and dinner. The atmosphere is friendly and family-like. Highly recommended.

The restaurant deserves at least seven stars. The prices and flavors are great, and you can feel the care in everything from cooking to serving. They can make everything 100% gluten-free if needed. The blueberry compote won me over, and the banana cake was great too. The place is in a peaceful area, so even the height of the season isn’t a worry. It feels like a cozy home. Greetings from all five of us.
