I stayed in the annexe apartments, and the breakfast in the main hotel was one of the best buffet spreads I’ve seen at a small or midsize hotel. There was a nice range of tasty, good quality food, with plenty of appealing menu choices. The service was kind and attentive, and the fresh cut flowers at breakfast and throughout the day were a lovely touch. I felt moved to write this review and would happily come back for work or a holiday.

I've stayed at several hotels in Katowice, and Hotel M23 has been the best so far. Fantastic stay and great service. Highly recommended.

Mariacka street's cafe and bar strip is right outside this small, well appointed hotel, so the nightlife is there if you want it. My room was comfortable, breakfast was ample, and the staff were attentive. The factory decor gives the place a distinctive look. I walked from the train station in about 10 minutes, stopping at two cafes along the way. When I left, I was picked up half a block away without any trouble or pressure.

I was there in February and had a great time. The staff were polite and cheerful, which matters a lot to me. Dinner at the hotel was delicious, and the waitress recommended a wine that was just right. The spa wasn't open yet, but I took that as a reason to come back.

A great base for exploring katewize in a comfortable and interesting way. The hotel has a mining atmosphere that reflects the city's history, and its private spa is fantastic. Breakfast was salesian and requires a reservation.
