The owner was so friendly and helpful that we felt at home. The room and the rest of the building were very clean and nicely kept, and you can tell the owner cares about the standard. There are two really comfortable beds, a table and chairs, a kettle, a bathroom and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped too. Several cars can fit in the lot right in front. It isn't fenced or guarded, but there are cameras, and the neighborhood is quiet. Shops and services are close by, including a pharmacy, grocery stores, a mall, bakery and post office. I highly recommend Kathia Guest Rooms and will definitely come back. See you soon 😊.

The price is very good, and the hallway has a kitchenette. The room was spotless and smelled fresh, and the service was really friendly. More hotels should take note. Highly recommended.
