Kima Apartament Bażantów 44

I’m warning people against renting this apartment. In my view, the landlord was dishonest and completely unreliable. A week before I was due to arrive, I called to say I was ill and couldn’t come. The landlord asked me to cancel my Booking reservation promptly and assured me that I’d get a refund if the dates were booked again. I trusted him and canceled. After the apartment was rented to someone else, he first claimed it hadn’t been rebooked. I sent a screenshot from Booking showing the date was sold out, and then he changed his story and said I wouldn’t get a refund. I told him that seemed dishonest: if I’d known, I wouldn’t have canceled and let him double his profit. He replied, “At most, I’d get a discount.” When I asked what discount he meant, he ignored my message and stopped replying. The whole experience felt focused on profit at the customer’s expense, with no empathy or courtesy and no basic honesty. I found his conduct extremely unprofessional and disingenuous, and advise people to stay away. Reply to the owner’s review: Your response insulted me and used inappropriate terms, which shows a lack of professionalism and courtesy in dealing with customers. I didn’t insult you. I described my situation and what happened as a customer. Your reply didn’t address those facts and instead made personal attacks, which reflects poorly on how you communicate with customers. Consider how that looks to third parties and potential customers.

There’s frequent, very loud noise from tenants, and the landlord doesn’t seem to care about the community. People choose gated communities because they value the familiar community and pay extra for it. So why have cameras and intercom codes if strangers are wandering through the stairwells?

Leaving was the hard part. The apartment was lovely, spotless, modern, and comfortable, and the quiet setting made it even better. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

Booking was handled really well, and the apartment itself was clean and had everything set up nicely.
