All good.

A real plus is being able to get in touch with the owners. They're very nice people. The rooms are in an old, slightly shabby tenement, and it's somewhat noisy because it's close to a railway crossing.

It's clean and reasonably priced, and close to the city center. The shared restrooms are a drawback, as is the noisy street with trams.

Clean and affordable, and close to the center.
