The location was awful, with no taxis or buses available, so it's a bad choice if you don't have a car. In the bathroom, mold on the toilet seat made it hard to sit down, and the shared restrooms were dirty and smelly. There weren't separate toilets for women and men either. For this price, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes as soon as we entered. There was dust behind the bed, dirty walls, and a stained carpet. Smoking is supposedly prohibited everywhere, yet people were smoking and drinking in the hallway. Several men had their door open while smoking and drinking. The receptionist was very rude. He saw us come in from the stairs, but put up a sign saying he'd be right back instead of helping us. There was no wardrobe or storage under the bed. The only clean thing was the sheets, and having to sleep against the walls and touch them was a nightmare for children, adults and older people.

The room was dirty and awful, with marks on the walls and nowhere to put your things. There were only two sockets, both already in use. I never managed to find a shower, bathroom or kitchen, and there was no information about them anywhere. The toilet was filthy, full of ash and stink, and the tap had no hot water. It seemed like nobody had cleaned in a long time. I found a socket on the second floor, near a terrible sofa, while some Neanderthals were painting the wall opposite with their feet. I haven't seen anything like it in a long time. The place is advertised as a hostel, but felt more like a dormitory for people who couldn't be bothered to find somewhere better. The photos are fake. The location is almost on the edge of town, in an area I'd avoid at night. The outside didn't look too bad, but then the hat. The commander took a long time to arrive, and that cost 40 złoty. I was shown room number 40, where there wasn't a clean bed, so I pulled a pillow under the couch. If it were summer, I think it would have been better to sleep outside. There's no curfew because the commander can't do anything about drunk, retarded, and retarded people. There was noise until 1:00 a.m. Better to go to Gliwice for the night: Katowice is expensive, and this place is cheap.

I know guest rooms aren't hotels, but this was way too much. They charged 250 złoty for a three-person room in these conditions, which is ridiculous. Half that might have been fair.
