Dworska Elektrownia

The room was okay, nothing special, but the dust and cobwebs on the ceiling were hard to miss. It was late October, around 8 degrees Celsius outside, and the room was only 15-16 degrees Celsius. By morning it had dropped to 14 degrees Celsius. From the reviews, it seems this isn't the first time. The hotel isn't heated, though there are two thermometers in the room so guests can see how cold it is. Breakfast was underwhelming too, with limited choices and stale bread, although everything else seemed fresh. I'm giving it three stars mainly because of the nice woman working there. She was covering reception, cleaning, and the kitchen, basically doing three jobs.

The rooms were spotless and cozy, and my large one was very warm, over 22 degrees Celsius. My family had a fairly large room too and didn't complain about the cold. We stayed at the turn of October and November. The staff were kind and helpful, and the quiet location has a large park nearby that's lovely for an evening walk. The kitchen serves delicious Silesian food, and breakfast was amazing. A wonderful place to relax with family. We'll be back soon. 😊😊😊

The receptionist was kind and helpful, and I liked the restaurant's decor. I stayed two days, and the rooms were very warm, so I don't understand the reviews saying they're cold. Maybe those reviewers haven't stayed at the hotel next door, which is a complete disaster. Breakfast is a real strength, with a wide range of savory and sweet choices plus hot dishes. The restaurant food is excellent, served in large, delicious portions. It's a very quiet location, easy to rest in. A hotel I'd happily return to.

Cold, cold, cold. The room was 17°C, the carpets were dirty, and there were spiders on the walls. Two stars for clean bedding and hot water.
