It was one degree outside and felt like minus 4, but the radiator in my room didn’t work at all, so it was freezing. Reception just said that it is what it is. Having to sleep in my coat isn’t cool or acceptable. I was staying there before an early flight.

Breakfast was the bright spot, lots of choice and delicious, and at least there was AC. But the room window was blocked so we couldn’t open it. An hour later, a really strong cigarette smell started coming from the bathroom. It was unbearable, faded, then came back, and the staff didn’t care. The hotel is too far from the city.

I didn’t actually stay at the hotel, but when I had to cancel my reservation, they helped promptly and didn’t charge me. I mainly wanted to leave this review for the staff.

We were apparently the only guests, and our rooms weren’t done at all during our short stay. The room itself was very small. The airport is eight minutes away, but there wasn’t much nearby for food or a drink. Factory mall is a 15-minute walk, right by the highway. Breakfast was okay, though nothing amazing. There was no bar, and I think the restaurant was closed during our stay apart from breakfast. If I can help it, I don’t think I’ll stay at this hotel again.

Got in late, so there was no dinner or other food, but breakfast was amazing. It was a short stay and just what I needed.
