Apartament Exclusive

Getting around was easy, with excellent public transport and everything close by. The bathroom was okay and the water was hot. The broken roller blind was a problem, though, since the apartment window looked directly across at other windows. The sofa was damaged too, with bits of sheet metal sticking out. The owner was very rude and arranging anything was difficult. We got no clear check-in or check-out information when we made arrangements privately instead of through Booking. It could work for a night or maybe a day or two, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay.

For one night, it was perfectly adequate. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was also a TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. Some of the drawbacks could get annoying if you stayed longer.

The place initially looked just like the photos, clean and tidy. We picked apartment U19 for one night in Kielce because we liked the decor and bathroom with its overhead shower. But when we got back from our trip to freshen up, the shower overhead wasn't working because it was badly scaled. The shower holder was so loose that I had to keep it in my hand, or the water just trickled out. The light by the mirror was out too. That evening, the TV was unwatchable because the antenna signal kept cutting in and out. The ceiling LEDs also kept switching off by themselves. Nice first impression, but things really ought to work.

The interior looks fine, but there are a lot of things that need fixing. The bedroom lock and shower handle are broken, as is the bathroom door. One bedside lamp doesn't work, and the other is barely hanging on. These seem like quick repairs, but it looks like nobody is willing to sort them out.
