Breakfast was decent, but most of the stay was frustrating. The price is too high for what's offered, and I won't be back. The room smelled stale, the bathroom smelled worse, and there weren't enough toiletries, so I bought my own at Biedronka. The bed linen felt rough, more like towels than sheets, and wasn't comfortable. Sleep was hard with the thin walls. I could hear TVs, snoring, and people coming and going, and the keypads were much too loud. The WiFi barely worked, and when it connected the speed was like dial-up. They need a better router and password protection. You only learn on arrival that you have to bring your own towels to the sauna. Why should hotel guests need to pack towels? They should leave extras in the rooms. The hotel isn't an easy walk from the town center, especially at night, and parking is limited. On my first night the lot was full, so I had to partly block the entrance. For me, this place is worth 200zl at most.

The staff were lovely, polite, and helpful, and the hotel has useful facilities like a sauna, fitness room, and garden. It seems well suited to families. The breakfast was pretty standard, though we missed having fresh bread, and the cake seemed a couple of days old. After two days, our feeling was that it was okay, which is why we gave it three stars. The rooms had been refreshed, but not with much taste. The work on the bathroom walls looked strangely unfinished.

The room was nicely arranged, with coffee, tea, and supplies provided, and the exercise room had a good range of equipment. The bathroom was cramped, though, and it was hard to sit on the toilet with the door shut. The linen could use changing.

A clean, quiet hotel that works well for introverts. The same personal code handled check-in, check-out, getting into the room, and breakfast.
