It was clean and close to nearly empty beaches, and there are free bikes. There’s no shampoo or soap, so bring your own. A mini market is nearby. There’s no Wi-Fi, but you can bring books or play billiards downstairs.

We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back. The staff speak Russian and Ukrainian, and the owner understands Ukrainian very well. We were also able to check in at 11:00 AM instead of the listed 2:00 PM because the previous guests had already left. That was a big help in the cold, rainy weather. Check-out is listed as 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The location worked great for us: the sea is about a 15-minute walk along a shady path, public transport is five minutes away, and Zhabka and ABC shops are nearby. Bikes are included in the room rate, and the hotel has sun loungers and sand barriers for the beach. The room was cozy and comfortable, with new mattresses, crisp white sheets and towels, a mini fridge, kettle, tea set, and little bathroom gels. There’s also a gazebo, billiards, and table tennis in the lobby. Excellent value for money. Thanks for the hospitality!

Getting to Kołobrzeg or Ustronie Morskie is easy by bike, about 6 km either way on the coastal trail, roughly 30 minutes at an easy pace. The beach is around 600-700m away along a pleasant green path, with quick access to the cycling and walking route by the sea. The place was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the service was really friendly. Sun loungers and bikes are free to use, and there’s billiards and ping-pong. I think there may be a barbecue too, though I didn’t use it.
