Apartamenty PROMENADA - Diune

The beach was amazing, and it’s only a few meters from the hotel. There’s an indoor pool, and you can rent beach towels. The rooms are nice and have views, and there’s paid parking. The staff were friendly, and everything was fine. Most employees speak German, while some speak both German and English. The hotel is welcoming to pets and families and has three elevators. Breakfast is good, and they also serve a dinner buffet.

We loved the huge breakfast buffet, with so much to pick from. The pool is great, the indoor playground is awesome for kids, and the big hotel has plenty to do. It’s also pretty and in a great location. The staff were the main problem for us. I’ve never encountered such rude service at another five-star hotel. The waiters, reception staff, and spa staff all seemed not to care that we were there. They weren’t good at speaking English or German, if they spoke either at all. It felt as if they hated having us there. If you can overlook that, you could still have a really nice stay.

A very family-friendly hotel with clean, modern rooms and excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. It’s close to the Baltic Sea shore.

The wellness area was a relaxing place to spend time, and the food was nice. Everyone was friendly, especially the woman at the wellness reception, who was kind and always found a way to arrange our massages. The hotel is near the beach and Promenade, and the harbour is a 10-minute bike ride away. I’d definitely recommend visiting Diune Hotel.
